I am writing with regard to the services provided by Fayette Janitorial Service (FJS) to Faith Lutheran Church, Collierville.

We engaged the services of FJS in October, 2003. Since that time, they have worked hard to bring the building up to their standards and maintain it to their standards as well. I should quickly state that their standards are considerably higher than the service they replaced. The cost of their services is modestly lower than the service they replaced. Overall, we feel we have received exceptional value.

We are particularly sensitive to issues of cleanliness in the ares of our preschool as it affects the health and welfare of 120 students. We want to ensure that parents can feel comfortable in leaving their children with us and JFS is a part of that program.

In addition to carrying out all of the agreed duties and schedules, FJS has shown a willingness to complete work outside of their contract at competitive rates.

We have been especially pleased at the responsiveness shown by FJS to any and all issues that have come up. During the start-up period, there were two occasions where we needed to ask for changes. The response was immediate as was the change in service.

I would be happy to discuss our experiences with anyone contemplating services from FJS. They have done a fine job in a difficult service area.
