A: While we do our best to maintain the same friendly faces in the same accounts from day to day, we can not make this promise. Our biggest concern is the quality of work that is put into your facility. If we feel the current crews are not capable of this quality, then this will result in a new crew for your account.
Q: Once we agree to contract our services to FJS, will we ever see a representative again?
A: Absolutely. We at FJS are committed to providing top quality customer service. We believe the only way to provide this is through communication. Not only is the customer provided with phone numbers so they can reach a representative immediately, we also provide weekly quality control visits to ensure the job is being done to the customer's satisfaction.
Q: Once service begins, and a price is agreed upon, will there be any extra hidden costs?
A: FJS is committed to honesty. We like for our clients to know everything on the 'front end'. When we meet with you, we will discuss all areas that need to be serviced, including stripping of tile floors, windows, carpet cleaning, etc. A final bid will be submitted so no hidden costs will arise.
